What is a good diet plan for a 17 year old guy?

it depends on your height and weight also

but if your average i would say
to lose weight:
- 1800-2000 calories a day
- 45-60 minutes cardiovascular activity at least 5 times a week
- also lift some weights to gain muscle which burns more calroies

to maintain your weight:
- around 2000-2500 calories a day
- and lifting weights to gain muscle

also you know not too much junk food and pop, but if your average once a week is fine :D
also avoid alcohol and tobacco products.

Hcg diet question?

I'm wanting to do the HCG diet before pregnancy. I am a substitute, so I'm going to make the transfer in January, the day 18. I know the HCG diet has a 30-day plan. What are your thoughts on how to make the diet before the transfer?

Low Carb Diet Tips

I think the closer it gets to dark purple, better.
